We’re excited for you to try our newest Hazy IPA - always a crowd pleaser, we aimed to knock your socks off by squeezing every ounce of juiciness out of the hop medley we carefully chose to make this brew burst with flavor. Utilizing only end-of-boil, whirlpool, and dry-hops, our Hazy IPA has mild bitterness and gushes with smooth hop flavor to keep you coming back for more. The blend of hops showers your palate with a dank citrus backbone, complemented with bountiful aromas and flavors like tangerine, apricot, tropical fruit, and melon. As mother nature blesses us with sunshine and summer heat, refresh, relax, and reward yourself with a pint to celebrate another adventure in the books.

The man the myth the legend, Sam Walker. Without him would Mammoth Brewing be a thing? One will never know but raise a glass of this delicious English IPA and give a cheers to the one who started it all! Citrus, guava and resin, bready and lightly toasted.
6. El Capitan West Coast DIPA • 8.5% | 88 IBUs
El Capitan is The Chief—a massive 3,000' wall of exposed granite that greets you as you drive into The Valley of Yosemite NP. It immediately fills you with awe and respect for the glacial force that carved this wonder, and the intrepid climbers that conquer it every summer and fall. Mammoth Brewing pays homage to this towering rock with our West Coast-style DIPA of the same name, brewed with Citra Cryo, Eukanot Cryo, Mosiac Cryo, Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin hops, for the aroma and taste of tropical fruits, citrus and pine, with an aggressive, dry finish. El Capitan is best enjoyed straight out of the ice chest while sitting around the campfire after an epic day of your own mountaineering in the high Sierra, or shared with your camping tribe in a wide rim glass.
