2. Winter Plum Sour • 6% | 3 IBUs
Our quarterly Winter Plum Sour is brewed in small 15 barrel batches and carefully encouraged to sour in the kettle over several days before being fermented and then blended with local black plums and plum puree from Oregon. The result is an effervescently delightful beer., with a delicately sweet floral aroma and subtly sweet and tart finish. The body is light, and the color is a muted shade of purple. This beer is a delicious standalone beverage or to refresh the palate when paired with funky and savory dishes.

A great beer to enjoy as warmer days come our way! Grab a glass and enjoy with friends out in our beer garden as spring rolls into the Eastern Sierra!
4. Minaret Maibock • 8.3% | 51 IBUs
Our Maibock has a beautiful golden color, but don’t be deceived, it’s a strong beer with lots of character. Slightly sweet toasted malt flavors from Pilsner and Munich malts meet a careful balance with earthy and floral flavors from Tettnanger and Hallertau hops. This beer is sure to lead to a lively evening with medium body and balanced finish, hiding its strength with easy drinkability. This style was originally crafted to blend the heavy Bock-style lagers created at monasteries with the lighter pilsner-style lagers coming to popularity in Bavaria during the 1800s. Raise a glass to approaching summer weather and many memories to be made here in Mammoth Lakes and the Eastern Sierra!
5. Fire & Eisbock Dark German Lager • 8.4% | 26 IBUs
The Eastern Sierra is often referred to as "The Land of Fire & Ice" for a reason: over millennia, this rugged landscape has been formed and shaped by volcanoes and glaciers. That history is the inspiration for this beer. After fermentation, in the style of a genuine Eisbock, water is frozen out of the finished beer to smooth the flavor and deliver complex aromas with each sip. Fire & Eisbock is a true winter seasonal and best enjoyed when poured quietly into a goblet shaped glass. Enjoy this beer fresh now, and also lay down a bottle or two in your cellar for future year comparison.
6. Lair of the Bear Russian Imperial Stout • 12.5% | 58 IBUs
Lair of the Bear is a hefty Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout brewed annually to greet winter as our little mountain town eagerly awaits cold and snowy weather. Primary fermentation takes place in a stainless steel fermenter before it is racked into whiskey barrels from Frey Ranch, Farmers + Distillers in Fallon, Nevada. The fermented beer then hibernates for seven months in these barrels before emerging for blending and packaging. This heavy stout is as dark as a cold and moonless winter night, with silky-smooth aromas and flavors of roasted chocolate, vanilla, and caramel. A great beer for bottle-aging – store in a cool dark place as long as desired and open for annual comparison in subsequent years!
7. 25th Anniversary Sky Bear Ale - Belgian-Style Quadrupel Ale • 15.7% | 37 IBUs
This Belgian-Style Quadrupel Ale is decadent, worthy of rewarding our survival of our latest trip around the sun. Dripping with rich flavors and aromas of toffee, dark fruit and toasty caramel, this beer is best enjoyed from a tulip glass for the fullest experience. Pop open a bottle now and save another for the cellar.
