We’re excited for you to try the latest edition of our Hop Spill Hazy IPA series - always a crowd pleaser, we aim to knock your socks off by squeezing every ounce of juiciness out of the hop medley we carefully chose to make this brew burst with flavor. Utilizing only whirlpool hop additions paired with generous dry hopping of nearly three pounds per barrel, our Hazy IPA has very mild bitterness, but gushes with smooth hop flavor to keep you coming back for more. The blend of Citra and Idaho Gem whirlpool hops showers your palate with a dank citrus and tropical fruit backbone, while dry hopping with Mosaic and Ahtanum contributes aromas and flavors of mango, pineapple, passionfruit, and guava. This Hazy Double IPA is a juice-bomb, sure to quench the thirst of even the most critical of IPA aficionados. Carefully crafted for monstrous hop flavor with mild bitterness, we added most of the hot-side hops during the whirlpool and then dry hop with nearly four pounds per barrel after fermentation. Designed to be sweet and juicy, this brew has a potent citrus-forward backbone, with notes of tangerine, grapefruit, nectarine, and tropical fruit medley. Plenty of wheat malt, rolled oats, and a touch of red x malt give this Hazy DIPA a beautiful golden-orange color, much like you can expect during our spectacular eastern sierra sunsets!

Everyone moves to Mammoth for the winter snows, and winter in the Eastern Sierra is great, but no one would stay very long if it wasn't for the summers. Summer in Mammoth is magical. 7.Blondibock • 10.7% | 6.2 IBUs
After primary fermentation this German-Style Blonde Bock was aged for six months in American Oak Bourbon Barrels from Frey Ranch Farmers + Distillers (Fallon, NV), picking up much of its color and flavor. Blondibock is a summertime complement to our winter Lair of the Bear Imperial Stout, also barrel-aged, and it heralds the local bears' emergence from hibernation to enjoy the splendor and magnificence of summer in the High Sierra. This beer will bottle age with grace. Enjoy one now and save another(or two!) in a cool dark place for annual comparison.
