We present to you our crisp, easy-drinking Mammoth Czech-Style Pilsner! The Premium Pilsner Malt backbone gives this beer a clear pale-straw color and light body, with slightly sweet bready and toasted biscuit aromas and flavors. We balanced the malt profile with Nugget and Tettnanger hop additions on the hot side, and lightly dry-hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh for a wonderful floral and fruity finish.
2. Where'd the Sun Go Hazy IPA • 5.5% | 35 IBUs
This sessionable Hazy IPA is a perfect easy drinking beer for any occasion! You’ll notice a hazy straw color from the malted wheat backbone in the grist, and it carries a light floral and citrus nose. We used CTZ and Veterans Blend hops on the hot-side, and Dry-Hopped with 100% Cashmere hops to pack in as much hop character as possible. This achieves low bitterness so as showcase the citrus, floral, and subtle tropical fruit flavors that come from Whirlpool and Dry Hop additions. The longer you spend quaffing this beer, the more delicious surprises you'll find!
This beer was aptly named when we hadn't seen the sun in several days due to our surrounding wildfires, so here's to hoping you can enjoy a pint while greeted with blue skies and sunshine on your next visit to the Eastern Sierra!

5. Elderberry Sour • 5.6% | 3 IBUs
Our Elderberry Kettle Sour Ale is a staff-favorite seasonal offering. One of the few varieties of edible berries found in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you’ll find elderberries growing near lakes and streams in alpine canyons! A signature powder-blue color signifies when they are ripe, but move fast because they’re highly sought after by people and animals alike! This beer has a deep magenta color, an effervescent carbonation, and a lemonade-like tartness, making for a truly attractive beverage. Elderberries offer flavors and aromas of an earthy lemon-like citrus crossed with a unique yet familiar “wild berry” character.
6. Fire & Eisbock Dark German Lager • 8.4% | 26 IBUs
The Eastern Sierra is often referred to as "The Land of Fire & Ice" for a reason: over millennia, this rugged landscape has been formed and shaped by volcanoes and glaciers. That history is the inspiration for this beer. After fermentation, in the style of a genuine Eisbock, water is frozen out of the finished beer to smooth the flavor and deliver complex aromas with each sip. Fire & Eisbock is a true winter seasonal and best enjoyed when poured quietly into a goblet shaped glass. Enjoy this beer fresh now, and also lay down a bottle or two in your cellar for future year comparison.
7. Lair of the Bear Russian Imperial Stout • 12.5% | 58 IBUs
Lair of the Bear is a hefty Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout brewed annually to greet winter as our little mountain town eagerly awaits cold and snowy weather. Primary fermentation takes place in a stainless steel fermenter before it is racked into whiskey barrels from Frey Ranch, Farmers + Distillers in Fallon, Nevada. The fermented beer then hibernates for seven months in these barrels before emerging for blending and packaging. This heavy stout is as dark as a cold and moonless winter night, with silky-smooth aromas and flavors of roasted chocolate, vanilla, and caramel. A great beer for bottle-aging – store in a cool dark place as long as desired and open for annual comparison in subsequent years!
