Dangerously easy drinking! This American Wheat ale has a brilliant hazy golden-orange hue, accompanied by a velvety smooth mouthfeel, light notes of citrus, and very mild bitterness. A perfect summer sipper, but beware, coming in at 6.3% this brew demands to be savored. Brewed to serve at the annual Mammoth Festival of Beers and Bluesapalooza, come find our booth for a sample on the two tasting days of the festival, and of course you can get pints at our Tasting Room.
2. Summer Triple Belgian Tripel • 7.5% | 24 IBUs
Our Summer Triple is crafted with a Belgian Abbey Ale yeast known for its fruity and spicy-clove flavor profile, coupled with the addition of bitter orange peel and coriander during fermentation. The notes of oranges complimented by yeast driven complexity and a refreshing finish pairs perfectly with summer sunsets after a fun filled day exploring the mountains of the Eastern Sierra.
3. Hop Spill Hazy IPA • 6% | 16 IBUs
We’re excited for you to try our newest Hazy IPA - always a crowd pleaser, we aimed to knock your socks off by squeezing every ounce of juiciness out of the hop medley we carefully chose to make this brew burst with flavor. Utilizing only end-of-boil, whirlpool, and dry-hops, our Hazy IPA has mild bitterness and gushes with smooth hop flavor to keep you coming back for more. The blend of hops showers your palate with a dank citrus backbone, complemented with bountiful aromas and flavors like tangerine, apricot, tropical fruit, and melon. 4. IVA Bell India Pale Lager • 6.2% | 31 IBUs
This is the kind of beer where the term “Craft” comes out to play. This India Pale Lager is a style-bender, fermented crisp and cool with Mexican Lager yeast but incorporating loads of hops similar to a typical IPA. A healthy dash of sweet and bready Munich malt balances the bold hop profile of Nelson Sauvin to create a crisp and refreshing, yet complex brew. Generous whirlpool and dry-hop additions showcase this New Zealand-grown variety’s distinctive fruity character of crushed gooseberry and white grape reminiscent of a sauvignon blanc, complemented with subtle notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
5. Sierra Wave Hazy Double IPA • 7.5% | 25 IBUs
This Hazy Double IPA is a juice-bomb, sure to quench the thirst of even the most critical of IPA aficionados. Carefully crafted for monstrous hop flavor with mild bitterness, Citra and Amarillo hops are added to the whirlpool and then we generously dry hop this brew with Mosaic and Amarillo. This hop medley packs a punch of potent tropical fruit, featuring notes of guava, pineapple, and ripe citrus. Plenty of wheat malt, rolled oats, and pilsner malt give this Hazy DIPA a beautiful golden-orange color, and create a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
6. Cherry Sour • 7.0% | 3 IBUs
Summertime and cherries go together like dandelions and daydreams; like tacos and Tuesdays; like you and this fine kettle sour ale. Using only the finest ingredients and water sourced straight from the Sierra Nevada, we complete the souring process before adding our house yeast along with a tart cherry puree, rendering a simple acidity for a refreshing, lemonade-like tartness and a pleasant effervescence. Enjoy this brew on a glorious summer day - the mountain sun in your face and a cool breeze at your back. Best served poured fresh into a tulip glass.
