Ikon Session IPA #7 – Availability: Tasters, Glasses, 32oz Bear Cans, 22oz Bottles & Growlers
Each time we brew our Session IPA we introduce a new recipe. We used all Citra and Galaxy hops in this beer along with some specialty malt to darken it up a bit. Great pineapple nose with slight malt/hop forward body that finishes with a great clean bitterness. 4.6% ABV
 
Saucer Boy Hazy IPA – Availability: Tasters, Glasses, 32oz Bear Cans & Growlers
Saucer Boy Hazy IPA has an interesting complexion. The nose has a cotton candy/bubble gum aroma that carries over into the flavor. There is also a slight hint of oak that one might pick up. The bitterness is mild and the finish is clean. Centennial and Amarillo were used for dry hopping and there is a little bit of lactose which helps bring everything together. 5.9% ABV

Brewed in the Wild Bourbon Barrel Brown – Availability: Tasters & Glasses
Great Basin Brewing Company and Mammoth Brewing Company collaborated at every step to meticulously craft the perfect beer to symbolize our two breweries joining forces. This Bourbon Barrel Aged Brown Ale weaves layer upon layer of roasted barley, chocolate, vanilla, oak and bourbon and it'll drive you wild for what the future has in store. 6.6% ABV
 
Barrel Aged Fire and Eisbock – Availability: Tasters & Glasses
This is the barrel-aged version of our winter seasonal, Fire and Eisbock. After fermentation, we freeze water out of the beer and remove the ice to concentrate the alcohol and smooth out the flavor creating Fire and Eisbock. We then age that beer in bourbon barrels for 18 months bringing this beer to its final, oaky perfection. 10.5% ABV
 
Winter Comes and Gose – Availability: Tasters, Glasses, 32oz Bear Cans & Growlers
This beer is a collaboration with Bleu Handcrafted Foods. We kettle soured 15 barrels of this brew with lactobacillus and Bleu's
homemade sourdough starter! We then added hops and salt to the boil. After primary fermentation, we blended 5 barrels of MBC's sour
into the brew. We then added Lemon Zest, Rosemary, and Mosaic Cryo hops to bring it all together. Enjoy this collaboration Spring Sour! 4.5% ABV
