A Bavarian-style wheat beer meant to be enjoyed in the sun. Brewed with 50% malted wheat and a traditional Bavarian yeast strain, Celebrated Summer is packed with the traditional German Wheat beer characteristics of banana and cloves. Effervescent and refreshing, this beer requires no lemon…or anything other than sun and a willing thirst.

3. Hop Spill Hazy IPA • 6.9% | 16 IBUs
We’re excited for you to try our newest Hazy IPA - always a crowd pleaser, we aimed to knock your socks off by squeezing every ounce of juiciness out of the hop medley we carefully chose to make this brew burst with flavor. Utilizing only end-of-boil, whirlpool, and dry-hops, our Hazy IPA has mild bitterness and gushes with smooth hop flavor to keep you coming back for more. The blend of hops showers your palate with a dank citrus backbone, complemented with bountiful aromas and flavors like tangerine, apricot, tropical fruit, and melon. As mother nature blesses us with sunshine and summer heat, refresh, relax, and reward yourself with a pint to celebrate another adventure in the books.

4.  Red Cone Hoppy Red Ale • 5.6% | 30 IBUs
Red Cone is a hoppy red ale that is brewed with Strata and Cashmere Cryo - which create an enticing bouquet of strawberries, lime, along with notes of dark red candy. A variety of specialty malts were used to create the beautiful red hue, and contribute subtle notes of toffee and figs. Overall, a pleasant hoppy red that has a medium body, inviting hop aromas, and moderate ABV.

5. Sierra Wave Hazy Double IPA • 7.8% | 25 IBUs
This Hazy Double IPA is a juice-bomb, carefully crafted for monstrous hop flavor and subdued bitterness, with notes of tropical fruit punch & strawberry. The color is beautiful golden hue, reminiscent of our spectacular Eastern Sierra sunsets. Catch a wave and you're sitting on top of the world! Sierra waves are remarkable cloud formations unique to the Eastern Sierra, soaring along the eastern flank of our beloved mountain range. These wave-like clouds are especially spectacular at sunset so grab a can of this Hazy Double IPA and look skyward, and savor your own Sierra Wave.

Alpenblitz is a glorious ode to the long-lasting friendship between Brewery X of Anaheim and Mammoth Brewing Co. Much like the relationship between these two breweries over the years, this West Coast IPA pays homage to the classic, crisp, drinkability of Mammoths beers brewed with the purest alpine water and also utilizes new-age hop techniques and advanced hop products to get the ultimate expression of pure hoppy goodness bombarding your senses. Our Huckleberry Kettle Sour Ale is our winter edition of this Kettle Sour series. Indigenous to the Northwestern US and Canada, huckleberries grow abundantly in forested mountains near lakes, streams, and bogs. These delicious dark blue and purple berries have a lightly sweet taste with mild acidity, similar to blueberries, yet are rich and distinct in their own right.! This fresh new brew has a bold purple color, and is perfect to share with friends and family to liven up any gathering.
