Barrel Aged

Bacchus DNB

MBC’s award-winning Double Nut Brown was aged 2 1/2 long years in Cabernet Franc Hungarian Oak Barrels from Niner Winery.

Mmm: The flavors fused together to create a complex profile of dark cherries, blackberries, and a nice round tannin finish. We suggest enjoying this elegant beer with a rich gamey meat such as venison, lamb or duck. This DNB is purposely infused with low carbonation to accentuate all the polished Cab Franc characteristics. Enjoy our marriage of two different worlds on draft and buy a bottle to age in your cellar for that one special occasion!

Lair of the Bear

After many months in a bourbon barrel-induced hibernation, the bear has awoken. And this super-dark Russian imperial stout is hungry. Enjoy this hefty brew before it enjoys you, preferably next to a roaring fire in a lair of your own.

Mmm: This hefty Russian Imperial Stout has an O.G. of 22 Plato. Our brewers fermented this stout with our proprietary yeast in stainless for two weeks, and then transferred it to mature in a combination of Heaven Hill, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam and Four Roses Bourbon barrels for up to eleven months. Enjoy a bottle now and age another for annual comparison!

ABV: 9.5%
Availability: 500ml and draft, Winter barrel aged

After the initial fermentation, this German-style blonde bock was racked into Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for six months, picking up much of its color and flavor from the oak. A Mammoth summer would not be complete without beautiful Blondi skipping down the trail with
her German-style Blonde Bock! Try one!

Mmm: Blondibock is the “just right” of barrel-aged beers. A medium
bodied blonde German bock that contains all the deep bourbon
flavors you’d expect, yet is still drinkable to the last drop.
